It's...far, far off into the distance. Behind the cityscape...it seems indicative that the scene is set on the inner surface of some kind of massive ring-world construct.

The first one looks like a dwarven forteress at nightfall, the second one looks like building on a harsh and unforgiving Forgeworld, the third one looks like a crag were Orcs and Goblins would live, and the last one looks like Ulthuan

It almost looks like something representing the 4 elements! Like, in order going clockwise, either earth or air, water, fire, then air or earth.
