Yeah, somewhat.. Its really rough now though. I haven't touched bi-ped rigging in some time besides zbrush rigging but that barely counts haha.
It is supposed to be easier than CAT Rigging, but if anything-for anything there is always Mixamo.

I sympathize with you on rigging classes. I took Bac's class. It was so difficult my quad kept breaking and limbs were turning into helicopter legs haha.
