He likes killing herafter she's dead
Not in a literal sense, but in the sense that men who do this to women knock the life out of them so that they feel so lifeless; dead.
These men seem to get some sort of sick pleasure out of seeing women cower and flinch and plead for them to stop. He likes it.

The woman is good but the shadow lacks anything fearsome, the hand looks somewhat childlike also...

how do u get such awesome editing and such?
like with the blood and the darkness of it all...
im still learning using adobe photoshop..but yeah im really interested in how u produce such amazing pieces...

thanks for your lovely kind comments
to get the blood to look more realistic, what i do is i create a new layer. then using a brush (doesn't have to be a specific "blood brush" but anything like lines, blobs etc), I just place it on the image somewhere. the trick to making it look realistic is to use the "burn" tool 
the burn tool though is very good! you can either use that or just use "burn" on the layer.
