This is proof that Dr. Noir is no longer a one-shot idea I had. I started a little askbox for Dr. Noir, and he received his first question a few days ago!
The original post can be found on my Tumblr , but I'm also willing to branch out Dr. Noir's askbox to Deviantart as well! His work tent is bigger than it appears, kind of like how car mirrors state that objects viewed through it may be closer than they actually are.
Also, someone get this PokéDoc some fresh new clothes, man! XD
