Description
Another piece for the Comic Twart blog. [link]That week was Tom Fowlers pick, and he decided on 'G.I. Robot', an old DC character that i had never heard of before. Ended up having a good bit of fun with this one. One of my first times trying to colour elements of greywash. Still pretty happy with it.

G.I. Robot's really obscure and old, but I just really like how his design's simple but awesome.

G.I. Robot simply one of the best under used DC Comics Characters.

Grey wash is so much better looking than a texture brush, beautiful piece.

Now I know where the idea for "Atomic Robo" came from.

Thanks man; glad you like the colours. Yeah, the rocks are probably my favourite part of the whole thing. Very much an experiment that turned out well. I think i ballsed up the dinosaur colours though. Ah well, live and learn...

Great colors. You and I are of the same mind: less is more.
