I used [link] to set the order from Japan to here. There are a lot of deputy services that do the same. Can search for more. I had to search on my own however. Some sites do have some sort of search tool, but I know my Japanese, just enough. haha

I've always used [link] in the past and they've always been good to me. (Been using other sources for other things lately. haha) There are a lot others though. You can search 'deputy service japan' and get a good amount of results. There are some crap ones, so try to search for some feedback for certain sites on Google. For example, I've seen reviews of [link] on both extremes. Some say it's the cheapest, some say it's the biggest ripoff.

The auction ended at 10240 Yen. Commission rate for the deputy service was 12%. Domestic shipping was about 880 yen. Bank fee was 300 yen. The exchange rate was about 92 Yen to a dollar. So the plush to my middleman was about $138. I was required to get the expensive EMS shipping to the US for this order and I had another heavy thing to go with it that jacked up the price for shipping. But yeah, I don't regret this purchase haha.

I used the deputy service [link] to order off Yahoo Japan Auctions.

How it works is they bid it for you, the seller sends the item to them, then sends it to you.

You have to pay for how much the auction ends at, the shipping from the seller to their place, a commission fee, a bank transfer fee, and the shipping from their place to you.

You can use an international money order from the post office. It's a bit expensive, but you can do it. I usually do PayPal. The plush is really rare though. Probably won't find it very easily.

You can use a deputy service like [link] or [link] to help you bid on those and have it sent to them then to you for a commission. I don't live in Japan or speak the language that well, but you don't really don't need either with these services. It just gets a bit pricey due to the fact that it is being shipped twice and you have to pay for their services and also our shifting economy.

Haha yeah, I spend a rather decent amount of time on Yahoo Japan Auctions. I check periodically daily through a long line of websites and search terms to try and seek out the stuff I look for my collections.

The crazy thing is, not only was the base price expensive, but I had to pay for a bank fee, shipping from the place to the deputy service Japan branch, and I needed the expensive EMS shipping due to the price of that. What even made the shipping even MORE expensive was that I actually got a good deal on 21 Rockman doujinshis so I had it shipped with that. The thing is, 21 packets of printed matter can weigh quite a bit. @_@ It was actually just about triple the weight of the plush so it really jacked up the shipping fee from there to here. ><

Dang. o_o Well worth it, though. =3 That plush is almost impossible to find now. At least you have given me hope that people are still willing to sell them. xD I'll just have to check through Japan auctions more often, as well as ebay. =3
