Description
Every time Claire was overpowered on the battlefield, she pressed on her ability to the next level. This scene was happened after Flora gets killed, and Claire must defended Milia in all cost from being slaughtered by Rigardo. So she was transformed one part of a body at a time, and nearly became full kakuseisha.One of my wishes is that somebody will make Claymore movie. Since Claymoreβs setting was medieval Europe, it must be done by western people. Just cast smart actresses for them, and put Weta or ILM on CGI, then we will have great entertainment. Peter Jackson, are you up for the challenge?

Claymore is one of the few shounen I actually enjoyed enough to watch more than once, and then proceed to read the manga. A really awesome story

I think it would be great if this series had a movie. o.0" In all honesty, Peter Jackson would probably so a great job on it, him or Speilberg. Clare's awakened form looks kick ass in this painting, great job once again!

If they want to do it, I'll prefer Peter Jackson cause he has experience on making fantasy flicks. He just need to make a darker version for Claymore

Whoa, that really looks spooky. Like something out a sci-fi horror film. Very appropriate for the topic, I think.
I like how you've made her hair fall over her face and let only one shiny eye be visible and how everything about her from this angle looks normal. It draws more attention to the deformed arm. Nice work!

Thanks! I think Claymore's transformation into kakuseisha is the most frightening moment in this series, like when you see Aliens movies (when they are awaken behind people). I just rethink of the scene and imagine it in Claymore's world.

Really nice picture as always. However the look of Clare's transformed left arm doesn't match manga artwork very well - did it look this way in anime or did you take some liberties?

I'd love to see a claymore movie but knowing how they always screw those up it would also be a stigma on claymore as they put a worthless director and writer, try to make the thing funny and give it horrible story without any work on costumes or dialogue. A full length animated feature though, that would turn out well.
