Originally I draw Deneve in usual stance, but after reading Claymore 11th again, I decided to do a series of Claymore battle damage fan art. This northern battle was the fiercest battle ever, because lots of Clare friend were died here. Deneve was one among them who survived from being slaughtered by Rigardo. I guess she was a healer type, so she could regenerate her body and left arm back.Another piece I have created for this Claymore battle damage series was Jean. I just finished her sketch. Oh, I think this is getting very interesting by the minute. I canβt wait to read the next volume of Claymoreβ¦

Unfortunately, the sketch of Jean is lost somewhere in my old computer... But don't worry, I still have an urge to draw or paint more Claymore fanart in the future.

Stunning and absolutely beautiful! The snow effect and BG are excellent and set the scene and mood perfectly. The pose has so much emotion to it...one of battle-worn. The fact that she's not posed for the camera or even looking at it really captures the moment. The colors are just another touch of goodness. Awesome work!

Deneve or Deneve (english) is one of my favorites real nice job on this.
Only thing that I noticed is that the claymore itself cannot be cracked or damaged. Other then that everything is accurate. Nice Job!

I used to always wonder why there swords took so much of a beating with no scratches, I just thought they were just that amazing, but there is story behind it.
