I love this show to an insane degree also... (considering I only watch the entire 2 series on DVD a couple of weeks ago)
Considering we all know they were messing around from the very start, I feel the entire human race's I.Q. average would drop to a dismal level and entire world chaos would ensue if Donovan and Anderson were every to accidentally reproduced... a world, my good people, that I would NOT want to live in...

I know... enough to give anyone nightmares... although... I'd actually love to hear the things that Sherlock would come out with whilst informing Donovan about her condition 
Plus he'd see it as genuinely helping her out, informing her now whilst the signs aren't there for all to see. (so she can quietly slip away and get herself sorted, cause truth is, I can't imagine Donovan actually having the baby)
I guess it's the necessary evil at the end of the day... if we didn't have idiots, Sherlock wouldn't have anyone to verbally abuse for being an idiot.

It's called 'Small Island'. A BBC two parter about a Jamaican couple moving to 1940s London and befriending a white woman who lets her home out to them. It's actually really good! Even though dear Bernard plays a bit of a sook.
