Here's the moment you've all been waiting for! Here's my newest OC and she's Desiree's long lost cousin. Desiree's uncle who isn't married, Darnell (who her little brother named after and is the twin brother of Varnell, married to Jadyn, who are both scientists in San Diego), apparently had an affair with a young woman he met only three days prior to them sleeping together and after she found out she was pregnant, she disappeared out of his life. Actually, she moved to Townsville and raised her baby until she was killed in an altercation when Reagan was twelve. After she died, Reagan was sent to live with her mother's best friend, Courtney Turner.

She was enrolled in the local middle school and befriended Julie and Princess since they all shared a common enemy, The Powerpuff Girls. After middle school, Courtney sent her to find her real father so she found her dad in Los Angeles and lived with him attending the local school until she was a senior and Darnell sent her to live at Desiree's house in Ellington that summer before senior year.

Desiree and Reagan actually do get along and Desiree tries to see the good in her new cousin and does not want to betray her even when she sees she's friends with unsavory people and DeeDee warned her. Reagan eventually dates Ace for awhile to annoy both DeeDee and Buttercup. She's Andrean (basically Black), Gornixian (basically Hispanic), and African-American. Well, enjoy!
