He's going to end up in the same story, manga, comic, whatever, that Lianna (my other Matrix fanart submitted this day) is.He's an Agent (to those of you who haven't guessed THAT by now...
) but not your typical Agent. Again I'll just have to be mysterious and be a pathetic excuse for the Oracle...but when the story DOES make it out, it'll be worth it. 
Did him with digital tablet all in Photoshop.

Yeah, sometimes the line can get a little wiggly with the tablet. I've had to erase and redo quite a few times because of that.
