Enter your Tamer’s name in assigned area.

Icons
These icons represent the connection between your tamer and digimon's Level, Attribute, and Nature.
  • Pink/Purple: Level
  • Yellow: Attribute (Vaccine, Data, Virus)
  • Grey: Nature
While these may change for your Digimon in game, the original set on the Digimon and Tamer choose reflect the true partnership between Tamer and Digimon.
The icons around the Digimon (Level, Attribute, and Nature) should not change (because rookie is their default form) and neither should the icons on the Tamer. ( Nature and Attribute. So if you have a Digimon that is a Data Wind Guardian and evolves into a Vaccine Virus Buster, it will not change on this application. )

The only thing to be changed consistently is the level next to the Tamer reflecting the highest level your Digimon can currently evolve to. (Starting out, it should be rookie, but if you unlock champion you change the application to reflect that.)

Choose which attribute matches your digimon:

Would skill points start from 0, or -10?

And another question, about the hexagons. The Digimon's will be Pink: Rookie and Yellow: Vaccine(Or whatever)?
What about in the human's section?
And the grey squares are... Nature group? Virus Busters and so on?

Do the human and Digimon have to match types and groups?

Never mind, figured those out myself. Am I supposed to note this app to the group, or join first and then submit it to the proper folder? And do I need the Digimon App also filled out first?

Hi there! Sorry about the delay.
Pink is level
Yellow is Attribute
Grey is Nature
Are you using photoshop? If you are, there should be icons in the layer folders with images to select for each, us them instead of typing it out.
If you have any questions, feel free to note me and I'll be happy to help.

I can't seem to open the folder that contains everything, actually. I did figure out what goes IN the boxes, but I can't open the folders to find the cute little icons. Possibly because I'm using Elements instead of the full program?

I've just put text in as a placeholder for now. I'll fiddle with it more once I get time. I still have the Digimon app to go anyway.

It's fine~ That maybe the case as it hasn't been tested in elements. However, it is comes down it, just fill out your application and one of us mods can fill in the proper icons for you as the final step.

I must say, I love the creativity of your tamer and excited to seeing the rest and how she will play!

So... mind if I take you up on that offer for a pre-filled application?

Default-Island In reply to Billyborn [2016-09-07 23:06:57 +0000 UTC]

But of course. All you would need to do is to take the character you've drawn and put him in a "Card Slash" Pose. All that means is that he would somehow be 'Slashing' the card through his Digivice/D-Pendant. You can look to the other apps for reference. Then colored with whatever medium you wish (Markers, Crayons, Color Pencils, etc)
Also, draw the fresh and in training and color them along with your rookie.

Once you have gotten that done, the biggest hurdle is over. From there, we can take your artwork and place it on the application. Then we will just be questing you questions to fill out the rest properly.

Kay I finally got the colored pencils I needed, but is it really necessary to draw the digimon since I'm gonna be using ones that exist? I mean I can barely draw people, you really want me drawing creatures?

Not a problem! A few questions to ask would be:
How is Zeke's psychical abilities?
How well do they get along with other people?
How emotionally stable are they?
How 'book-smart' are they?
How well is their dexterity?
How high are is their will-power?
Are they able to keep going long distances without breaking a sweat?
How high is their observation skills?
Finally, how generally nice are they?

Traumatic Memories: -3 LOVE but you gain experience so 1 point to put into any TRAITS. ( This is Hard Mode, you will start with a certain amount of DARKNESS depending on your history so be careful. )

I'm just curious how this works, exactly? It seems almost like an additional trait, but being history not certain how one would take it. History's tricky you've got so many that would apply to chars in there choosing one is hard XD

Default-Island In reply to Tehutiy [2016-04-05 19:36:46 +0000 UTC]

Traumatic Memories was created for those who really wanted a dark backstory for their characters. It's considered hard because DARKNESS is a mod tracked trait (along with Destiny and Miracles, to represent the other crests that weren't really expanded upon). You do not get to choose how much darkness your tamer gets, rather a mod will review your history section carefully and depending on how many things your history touches (dead parents, abusive parents, running away from home, drugs, suicide, mental illness) assign you a number.

Within the group if you accumulate 10 darkness you will get a note from the moderators telling you that your tamer finds themselves in the dark ocean, leaving behind their partner and no hints for other tamers to come find you. (Digimon have their own darkness stat too, just to emphasize they are their own character).

Of course there are a lot of choices, and maybe more we haven't covered. If you would like to make a suggestion feel free to send a note to the mod group
