Say hello to the talented, cutie pie actress who has the most infectious laugh of all time! I lucked out and found a gorgeous black and white reference photo of her - it was just calling for me to draw it.

It's so close! But the geometry is not perfect (just so you keep drawing more and better. I keep reminding me the same thing every time I finish the drawing, keeps me from getting arrogant)
Anyway, I love her! One of my favorite characters in TGoT. And you're right about the laugh

Well, I'm only a student in drawing myself, but one of the things they taught us in school was seeing our mistakes ourselves, so we can correct them. But it's much easier to notice them in someone else's work, believe me..
So, everything seems right, but there's something a little bit off with the eyes. In your drawing they are a bit too big. A pencilstroke's* width off from the picture. In height. In your drawing the eyes are a bit to open. Just a little bit. But for eyes it's enough to spot the difference. Because eyes are the first thing a "mentally healthy" person sees in other people. So it's not a surprise that we spot the tiniest differences when it comes to eyes as well as they define the person's face the most.
So I can say that you got everything spot on, but the eyes are a pencilstroke* too open. And a little bit too much together. In my humble opinion. Because the first thing I see when looking at a woman is her eyes. Love 'em.

*Pencilstroke as a size unit. Just came in my mind. Probably 1 millimeter is the same distance..
