Yet another character design. Originally made to be a villain in Henshin High, I'm strongly considering entering him into the War for Arcadia. [link]His name is Sweepstakes, and he was sketched up while listening to the Gorillaz song of the same name. He has the power to warp reality, but usually only does so to feed his gambling addiction.
