I painted it with lots of eye dropping and blending with the water color tool and drew in the small detail lines after getting it all polished c: (the thicker detail lines were painted in as I went as they were part of the original sketch!) it's actually a pretty simple technique- it just takes a bit of time

It's really fun, and really easy once you get the hang of it! Figuring out where to eyedrop from, and where then to paint, and how often to eyedrop new colors, however, takes some practice! So, don't get discouraged C: It took me like....idk 4/5 years to figure this out?? Tho I didn't have these tutorials explaining it for me, laughs! And, it was only recently (like this picture recently) that I figured out you could actually paint in firealpaca! (WHICH IS SO MUCH EASIER THAN PHOTOSHOP YOU HAVE NO IDEA.....)

aha sounds like a long time, but i'll get to that stage eventually C: 
I don't have photoshop i tend to use free software because i am only so young and have no money ;D
i've actually only started using firealpaca since last week xD because i was using sketchbook express (the free ver.) and it stopped working for me :c

That's a good mindset to have! after all, skill takes time to build c:

I kinda stole photoshop oops…

But like, despite having it I infinitely prefer firealpaca/medibang- they're so much nicer to paint in! They even have the best mobile art app I've ever found ever
