Is it the same version as the one in the tutorial? Because the only other one I know of is the newer one that is like this [link]
Or do you use a Mac? If you do, I'm afraid I can't help you....

It's not the newer one. The paint is on a Microsoft laptop computer. I don't think it's a Mac, it looks a lot like the one on the tutorial but it just doesn't have the tool that can move the different frames.

It resizes the preview. If you click on the image it will show you the actual image.

Google "resize gif" to find a site that will. It reduces some color, though. I can't remember what site I used, but any of them will do.
