Iaza isn't working for me, it won't load the pictures. All it is doing is loading and I waiting for ever! And it's not like yours, it doesn't say " Make Animation" It says " Convert " and it's not working, could you do it for me?

Aaagh! Sorry it took so long to respond!!! When I saved the file, it never appears as the actual icon, just a simple picture. When I click it to see whether or not it's actually just a photo or if it's the actual icon, it appears as the photo. I'm not good with stuff like this, as you can plainly see... ^^"

so i found the button that loads the image after i posted that comment , but it says bad format, what does it mean!?
