Enjoy~! as for tablet, I use a Wacom Inutos 3 8''x6'' - it's pretty old.. going on its 6th year xD but it still does me well! I don't know if you'd need an intuos starting out- the Wacom Bamboo is one of the cheaper & simpler tablets. I'd recommend Wacom above any other brand, although other brands may be cheaper, but Wacom IMO has the best technology. But really if you could find a store that'd let you try or compare :3 it's mostly about what feels right to you! good luck ^_^
