NOTICE 6/18/16: i am to understand this doesnt work with the new FH update - please be patient for a fix, i'll try and get to it when i have the time!NOTICE 6/30/16: i've been told this does work - so it might be my install info that needs updating. until i get to that, please be cautious of the proper folders when you install!
UPDATED 7/21/12 !
V2 includes,
-Slightly updated masks and shades
-Completely redone wing textures for both Bat and Angle wings
-Modified mane so it doesn't appear lighter than the color is intended
to be
-Fixed Sully's canine fur texture to incorperate black claws as well

ummm im unsure what may have caused it since i dont play FH anymore and idk what the new updated system would be like
but im guessing you will have to move the files to their new designated folders manually in order for them to work

|| Nope, no reinstalling at all. All they really did with the update was make the folders more specific.
Other than that, you shouldn't have to update the textures or anything at all. It's all good.
All old textures/interface mods/ect with the exception of items and markings(maybe?) should work fine with the update, as far as I know. <3
I really enjoy them. Had them for quite a few years now.

i'm sorry, i'm afraid i don't play feralheart anymore so if i were to do an update it'd have to take a while.
if i ever get the free time i was planning on checking out the new FH update, but i can't make any promises that i'd be able to get the opportunity or the motivation to fix this so that it works with the new update.

Hey the download worked fine but when I got on gimp and try to put the texture on it.. it took up all the gimp page like I did everything right but the texture is bigger than the whole preset!?

the texture file is rather large compared to the original preset layout. just shrink it

Why are your wings in this picture seem to have depth like I can see the actual model isn't paper thin like the normal fh one. Does that come with this download or is that another mod I can get?

the model isnt any different than the default FH model, it's the same 'paper thin' one - if they look like they have depth, its because of the texture and quite possibly the angle~

It seems when trying to uninstall it, the wing and mane textures don't go back to normal?

Just downloaded it, love it! Amazing job. I had a fur texture before this one and I couldnt stand it, especially with light pelt colors. This one on the other hand, I love!
