NOTICE 6/18/16: i am to understand this doesnt work with the new FH update - please be patient for a fix, i'll try and get to it when i have the time!NOTICE 6/30/16: i've been told this does work - so it might be my install info that needs updating. until i get to that, please be cautious of the proper folders when you install!
UPDATED 7/21/12 !
V2 includes,
-Slightly updated masks and shades
-Completely redone wing textures for both Bat and Angle wings
-Modified mane so it doesn't appear lighter than the color is intended
to be
-Fixed Sully's canine fur texture to incorperate black claws as well

I believe I provided a back up folder in there.
Do you mean the actual nose texture (like what changes color in the creator) or the nose shading?
For the texture,
Open the backup folder and select the texture "fheadMask5.png" (for FELINE) and/or "cheadMask5.png" (for CANINE) and copy them.
Then open your FH textures folder and paste in there. When it asks if you wanna overwrite, say yes.
For the fur,
Open the backup folder and select the texture "fheadShade.jpg" (for FELINE) and/or "cheadShade.jpg" (for CANINE) and copy them.
Then open your FH textures folder and paste in there. When it asks if you wanna overwrite, say yes.

You seem like you might know the answer to this:
I downloaded items and it seemed to take/delete my ground texture or something. It was a default savannah all the time. Then I reinstalled FH so I didnt have items anymore and the ground textures are fine now. I really love items so I cant live without them. In most RPs my char has an item :U But I dont want to deal with boring and ugly default ground textures. Could you help??

i'm sorry but this seems like an installation issue with whatever items you downloaded. i can't help cuz i don't know / i'm not in charge of the items you downloaded, unless it was my and ringo's item pack.

Did you put items.cfg into feralheart folder? then put the items into feralheart-media-items
if you didn't thats the reason why.

Yes I did. Maybe it might be my graphics card? Because sometimes the ground textures work if I reinstall FH then later ingame they just stop working.

those are terrain textures. they have nothing to do with the items pack though O_O.

x'3 for terrain textures , you put them in feralheart-media-textures and feralheart-media-terrain-textures , atleast thats what I do and it works perfectly.

That's odd. But the fur shouldn't affect the color changing unless it it completely black, which it isn't in the pack I provided. Did you have any other mods before you downloaded mine?

I'd double check to ensure it was all deleted properly. Because mine should have no affect on it. Perhaps as a last resort reinstall FH or find a completely backed up texture folder and replace everything accordingly.

Eh, Its really not a bother. And with dark fur colors its hard to point out. Plus, it's not like my friends will see I have two noses.
