I've always liked Suburbans, I just never needed all the room. It's the same reason I've never owned a pickup. I hope she got out of it ok. Suburbans are pretty safe being all metal and heavy. It's like having a tank with wheels.

Thank you. It's my recent project I was quite lucky to find one of these by me. Most of them rotted away. This one was from Oklahoma originally.

I had almost forgotten about them. I was looking for an older 4WD project. I had looked at a lot of older jeeps but they are fetching good money these days.
I've gotten rid of a couple of cars I would have rather kept but, I didn't have the room.

I hear that. Parts can be a bugger to locate for the scouts. I had fun trying to find rear brake spring kits for it.
I had a 78 bronco I wish I never got rid of. It had a 460 punched out as big as it could be. The gas was rough, I got like 7 mpg going down hill. lol.

damn we had an old suburben i dont remember what year though it was blue (it ...was .. beast)
and my mom wrecked it talking on the phone DX !
