Didn't know, that cobras have that much legs and even wings.
But it's a really awesome creature you've drawn there. And the colors are well chosen. The beige and brown (and white) of your hoodwing and matches on the one hand the red/orange autumn woods and on the other hand there's an adequate contrast between the blurry trees of the background and the clear creature of yours.
