The notable differences are:

2. Earth's old capital city, Grand Metropolis still exists at this time.

3. The former capital of the United Nations of Earth and current capital of the Terran Union, the New Forum does not yet exist.

4. The nation of Geraldonia is still under the Geraldonian Enclave, a military dictatorship, rather the later Democratic Republic of Geraldonia, and is represented by the Enclave era flag.

5. There is a slight difference in Earth's population at this time.
