Woah. That's gotta be pretty big if it's gonna do dishwashing and laundry. I see where you'd put the fabric softener in, and where you'd put your knives and forks. Is the first layer made for plates and dishes? The design is nice and sleak, if it worked just like any old dishwasher and washing machine only put together, it'd definitely sell.

It's a very interesting design. I like it, but I wonder about a few things..
For one, it appears to be quite small. At least, the design almost looks like it would be something sitting on my countertop, maybe 1 foot across. I know it's supposed to be bigger, but even after looking at your website, I think it could use a bit of upscaling to accommodate larger loads of dishes. I'm also not sure after looking at the design if it can take plates and cups and silverware all at once. Being a smaller-sized washer could be advantageous to the design, but not being able to wash all dishes at once could be very bothersome.
I'm also a bit concerned with the shape. Washing machines and dishwashers are orthogonal for a reason, and that's generally because the shape lends itself to better management of floor real estate. The round nature of the device doesn't have me sold much on its use of the space it would occupy, and I think a square design might benefit it better. (hate to be unoriginal, but there's a good reason washers haven't strayed far from their generally-accepted shape over the years.)
The operation by phone idea is interesting, though unnecessary in my opinion. If you need to physically operate the device to put in or take out what you're washing, I don't see the point in operating it remotely.
Artistically, however, I very much like the design. I'd love to have something like this in my own home, but I just can't shake the feeling that the design process revolved more around the awesome aesthetic than the actual function of the product. I do like the idea of consolidating two similar products into one do-it-all machine, but unfortunately, I think the idea could use some tweaking to make it real.
Seriously, though, I can see how you could maybe make this larger and apply similar ideas in an upright, square design. The color scheme and aesthetics are great, and almost futuristic. With some changes, I'd certainly be interested in something like this.

first of all thank you for your comments,i really appreciate them.this device is just a futuristic experiment and must be judged as that.i emphasized more in the aesthetics and less in the practical part(you cant have it all).yes the orthogonal shape would be better especially in times that even the watermellons turned into cubes.the i-phone idea came to me after i learned that theres a progam that gives you washing advices through it and it could be usefull for bachelors so i think is a good combination.the size is small because the device concerns mostly bachelors or a young target group generally than a family so this is the mini edition.i just wanted to show the idea of a double device rather than perfectize it.may be someone else will do this for me.a new product is always having these kind of problems anyway...
