I really do think you need to work on your inking. The lines look like the basic basic sketch lines - the kind I would draw lightly in pencil, then go over at least twice to make them better, then ink with a pen if I feel so inclined. If you made your inking stronger and more clearly defined you would not get this sketchy random look that gives the impression that you haven't put much time and effort into your drawings.
Now for the anatomy, I have to say I think it's slightly better than in some of your other images, although you could have added more definition to the arms that don't appear to have any muscle or bone in them, the neck is too thin and I think the hips ought to be wider, because the breasts are so large, it would make her appear to be more in proportion if she had wide hips as well. She appears rather top-heavy. The hands could also use some work, the middle finger is a very odd shape, and appears to be quite fat in the middle. Again, I suggest you try making some sketches of hands to practice drawing them more accurately.
Now here is another point that strikes me about this image. Have you ever heard of a light source? A light souce is a point in an image that you decide, this is where the light is coming from, so that you know how to draw the light and shadows falling on the character. Now it looks to me as if your light source is coming from the top left, which is good because that corresponds with the background. However, it is not clear - as there is lighting on the right of the thigh, and shadow on the left of some body parts including the chest and hand. Defining your light source more clearly would set the character into the scene and add more depth to the image.
I think the clothing looks quite odd, the upper body garment - I'm not sure what this is supposed to be although it looks like a misshapen bakini top - has very bright colours all mixed together which disrupt the image and draw the attention, rather than allowing the viewer to focus on the image as a whole.
