This is the bento I made for my first day of my Second Year of College. I did something a little special to make my day be a little nicer. This bento Contains:Top Layer:
Two Fried Shrimp Sushi Fishies
Mini Strawberry Jello
Soy Sauce Piggy for Fishies
Bear Container with Ranch for Dipping
Bottom Layer:
Carrots and Cucumber Strips
Miso Marinated Asparagus
Gouda w/Mediterranean Spices on Tooth Pick

I used Biggie's Children's Day Festival bento recipe to make them. They held up really well and were very delicious! I make a bunch of panko breaded shrimps and freeze them for quick frying. They're so delicious! It's become a bento stable for me.

It's a lot harder than last year. My work has probably about doubled, but I'm doing my best to work on things here and now instead of when they're due in three weeks or what not. It's quite expensive though. I've got to buy a whole lot of things too. They always wait till you get to class to tell you you need to buy a $90 text editing system, $100 External Hard Drive, and $150 worth of 500 Font Faces. They say they're not "mandatory" but you know they are >.>'

lol I have the same problem when an assignment is due i always wait to until like the week of or a few days before and end up stressing myself out beyond belief because then usually theres always something else huge due the same week. But yeah I think its kind of bs that they make you buy so much but it will pay off in the end when you got yourself a fancy new career making the big money o_o lol.

It's really not that hard to do bento. They look complicated until you break them down and actually try them. At first bento will take some time, but the more that you make bento the faster you will become at it, and the more ideas you'll start to have. If you are interested in bento I recommend and .
