Hello EveryoneThis tutorial is on how to make Rock Candy Charms. I haven't seen any other tutorials for making these cute little charms so I thought I'd share my secret on how to make them. If you have any questions on this tutorial please do ask!

You can but they won't be translucent in nature. i would suggest breaking up colored plastics if you can't get them.

i see, got any clue where to get the plastic then, cause i called my hobby shop and they dont have it, no luck on the internet either as im not sure what im looking for

you might be able to find them at walmart. They are generally in the little "stained glass" kits for children. You fill the molds with the little meltable plastic pieces and then put them in the oven until they melt and fill the space.

Aww, well I'm not going to hoard how to do it. Besides someone else would just figure out how to make it on their own, using a different method maybe, but still. Plus shouldn't we all be teaching and learning new techniques in art to make us all better?

They won't, you can tell it's not sugar when you look at it. Not to mention it wouldn't be able to be made small enough

(even if it's not real, I'm shore they'll bite at it to joke with me)actually, It could be made small enough. I've made Rock candy before, and you could cut it in a small shape or it may not be developed that big.

i didn't know you could cut it into shapes.

haha yes, they do take a bit of time. you would need at least a half hour to get everything ready and at least another to put it together, plus drying time.
