Here goes -
first off, great job making this so visually appealing! I like the descriptions you gave, I found them informative without being boring, so great job on that! It seems like you put a lot of work into this, and that's always very nice to see instead of artists who just kinda breeze through ref sheets for the heck of it. Great job on detail work with lots of different things - musculature,setting those claws into the feet, making the wings and crest detailed with scars and rips and membranes, good work on the eye and how they look in different lights, thank you for doing a front view!
Suggestions: There is only one thing I really see that stands out to me, and that is that the base of his neck on the sideview is smaller than top part and head portion. To me, anaotmically this seems a bit strange and might make your character less believable. Also, it may not seem that important, but I would have loved to see more shadows and highlights on him just to make him more 3D and to be able to see him pop a little more from the background.
Anyway, even without those things this is a fabulous ref sheet, probably the best I've ever seen, so great job!

I'm probably gonna work on this a little more at the end of the month, so I will keep this in mind ^^ I actually first thought about shading it, but then was afraid it would be a bit too much... I'm gonna try it and see what comes out :3
