Beetlejuice has always been one of my favorite dark comedy movies. When I would come home from school I would always watch the cartoon, even if it was a repeat. He is a sort of combination between the movie and cartoon version. His bootie mark is a sandworm, modeled off of the movie not the cartoon version. For some reason I had a ghost of a time photographing him, mostly because all that black and white. These photos are from the 3rd shoot, but I still think he looks much better in person.Related content

Just curious why did you chose a sandworm for his mark I thought it would of been a beetle. Plus how would you see it over his suit anyway?

The eyes are my favorite part to do. Although on this one I vacillated on whether to do his eyes like the movie or the cartoon.

I know. Customs always look WAY BETTER in person. The problems I run into are the pictures turning out way too bright, blurry, or dark. >_<

Cameras are evil, but I love using them. My colors always seem to be off, or they show imperfections that you cant actually see on the custom.

But I like the effect! Makes you look at it more and more!! The more I look at this pony, the more details I see and the more I love it!
And it IS BJ. With him, Sandworms just kind of pop out of nowhere anyways because he hates them so much. ^^
