Here's two from Small brawl, Mime and Piecemeal.

Mime is based off of a mini cooper (like in the game) and her special would be the ability to copy her opponents special attacks (unless it would be impossible for instance Hammerheads ability to run over opponents, then she would launch a missle that does the exact amount of damage that her opponents special would do) Her second ability would be to ignore any damage done by special attacks for a limited time (would still be damaged by regular attacks)

Piecemeal is based off of a Mercedes Unimog with a half track and various other bits and pieces. His special would be to charge up and launch a barrage of various regular weapon attacks, at once (excluding some gunner weapons such as the shotgun and sniper), alt would be a simple ram

The two would act as a hidden boss in the game and would reside in a hidden area underneath a place called Truck head Island, a giant wrecking yard, know for the truck cabs placed on the beach, almost like Christmas island heads. To battle them, you'd have to find and destroy some bizzare sculptures left lying around, as well as shove two strange cars towards a crusher in the centre of the Island. This would agrovate piecemeal causing a slightly collapsed warehouse to open up. This would open up a new area underground, where you would face Piecemeal and Mime

Mime would be driven by a woman called Amy, who at a very young age had a habit of impersonating anyone she took an interest in. Of course she would barely speak when she wasn't pretending to be someone and would either sign or mime out what she'd want, or wanted to do. However as Amy got older she eventually forgot who she was and would continue to change into almost everyone else.

Piecemeal would be driven by Henry, a man who at was born with some physical defects only made worse after being involved in a car accident as a boy. Some of his skin and limbs had to be replaced by donors, making Henry look like he was pieced togeather out other people, almost like a frankenstein, a name he quickly learned to hate. Henry of course, became very anti social only venturing out at night and with few people around. Henry did possess a hidden talent for creating things out of scraps, starting with bicycles, to cars and trucks, even a train at one stage. Of course he always kept to himself, after all who'd want to exchange pleasantries with someone who had half his face sewn back on?

Amy and Henry would meet one night, as Amy had unintentionally upset fans of a celebrity who recently died and quickly changed into a young woman called Chloe. But as she emerged from a back alley as "Chloe", she came across Henry. Amy never saw anyone like him before and was faccisnated,Henryof course threatened to break her neck, before walking off. Of course Amy followed him, learning about what he did and how he acted, but try as she might, Amy couldn't impersonate Henry. It frustrated her to no end, to the point Amy confronted him and screamed "WHY CAN'T I COPY YOU!?!" Before realising that for the first time in years, she spoke in her own voice. Henry had made Amy snap out of her state of mind, simply by being himself, not that Henry knew what was going on, thinking that Amy was crazier than some of the people he would deal with at night. Amy explained what she could to Henry, which seemed like a bizzare story to him, but it was a bit amusing. The two would end up spending time with one another, in a special relationship, Amy feeling comfortable enough to be herself and Henry having something he never had before in his life, a friend.
