Description
This is a submission for the Ghostblossom Contest by DrGaster , featuring Cagney and the human (pre-ghost) Blind Specter, named Cedlio Santillian by them, and drawn here by Atlas-White , from Cuphead.This was inspired by the song Moondance by Van Morrison
Oh my gosh I think this was one of the most ambitious thing I have done in a long while, but it was fun and I really enjoyed challenging myself with this. I am so glad I decided to actually do this, instead of just thinking about it.
