The things I do between 2 and 3 am XD

If you don't get the premis of the picture it is based of a mix of the saying 'pot calling the kettle black' and the kitsune and tanuki's ablities to transform into objects.

The story behind this is that I (being the tanuki represented) have a tendency to call one of my friends (who is a kitsune) a dork. One day she decided to tell me that I shouldn't talk as I was one too. I was simply amused by this.

Then last night I was waiting for the water for my tea to boil, and it felt like it was taking forever. Now I couldn't help but think of 'a watched pot doesn't boil' except that I was waiting on a kettle, and because I was comparing a kettle to a pot I though of the 'pot calling the kettle black' and I thought back to the instance stated above. Naturally, since tanuki are often depicted as transforming into tea pots which look like our modern kettles I came up with a tanuki transformed into a kettle and a fox transformed into a pot calling each other black.

For those who may not get it, the little yellow lines above the kettle are amusement/humor marks, and the mark behind the fox ears is an anger mark representing a stressed blood vessle.
