Description Is it really that hard t'see?

C'mon. Everyone knows it. There's never a way in the world I could EVER be better than him.

He's strong, perfect, EVERYONE's hero.

...Does anybody really think I could manage to go through my life NOT hating him?

Its MORE than simple. Where he stands, I fall. Where he walks, I trip. He's the one guy who could have anything he ever wanted, and it SHOWS.

Me? I got nothin'.

.. and it shows.

But he's my FRIEND! The only friend I GOT, the only one who'll... who'll put UP with me! He's got such a big heart, and... and.. I think I hate him for that, too. It's like he feels sorry for me or something.

And.. I hate it.

But I try t'buck up for the guy, and give him a smile to show I like having him around.. mosttimes, but...

Its just so hard to smile when you're lookin' at the one thing you'll never be.

Yeah, this is the first time I've ever represented Dax with any feelings for Jak other than good ones. And yeah, Im on a jealousy kick. Thats because Im dealing with myself and my views on a very strange level now, and am having to deal with being outdone, something a spoiled brat like me isnt used to ^_-

Soooo it carried over into an idea for Dax that I'd had for forever. So there we go! Mopey Dax, glaring at Jak cos he's perfect, and everyone knows it!

Who'da thunk a boy with such a serious overbite could look so... serious?!

I think this has to be one of the best human-Daxter pictures there is. Even without reading the passage/comment below the picture, you can kind of feel his jealousy. But I can't help but feel bad for the poor guy.

All around a very nice picture! Although his hair looks a bit off....I don't know why. Just the position of it.

But that's just my opinion.

Anyway, great job! I applaud you wholeheartedly!

Oh, this is so sad. And I can realt to it too, that's what gets me the most. I won't go into that but, I'll just say that someone's the Daxter and sees me as the Jak. And we both care for eachother, that's what sucks. Anyway
I like the pic alot, and the little story thing too. The only thing that gets me about the pic is Dax's eyes. But he's suppose to be lacking a bit in the looks department anyway. :giggler: But it's really good.

Ohohoh, you think teh skintones're GOOD on that one? X3 Heheh. I have a legacy of screwups in this one concerning peachy-ness on Dax. *nods somberly* HIS LEG TROUBLED MEEEEEEE!!!!! 0___.

Anyways, the skintones -I- use normally are Brick Beige for the regular skin, and Sand for the shading. Unfortunately BOTH of my markers of that are giving out HORRIDLY, so that explains the scratchiness of the entire thing ;___; I use those two colors SO much its ridiculous, but it still makes me sad when they give out... *CRIES* I just need new BrickBeiges and Sands... >_>;;

Other Prismas you can use are Light Peach and.. ehh.. well, if you want a darker shading in stead of Sand, you can use Light Tan. *nods* That goes well with anime-esque pictures, because the shading is usually very dramatic so you notice it. With softer, differently themed pics, Sand is the way to go ^_^

And your skintones look absolutely WONDERFUL, I've seen your ID! You're doing fantastically with them, dont doubt yourself! *gives her a daxter to huggle* ... *a very pissed Daxter, but a Daxter all the same* X3;;; THERE! Your very own Daxxie! ....Granted, he'll sink that little overbite into you without a second thought if you DO try to huggle him, but he's nice to have around *puts him in her purse* Thankies SO much for all the comments, love, you really make my day!!! *LATCHES ONTO AND GNAWS LOVINGLY*

squee! i only had a regular set of 48, so i have to make my own skin colour! light peach with deco pink over the top! cuz the peach is too orangey, and the pink is too pinky (duh!) so they balance each other out kinda. grr. i need individual colours! hehe, or a bigger set!

i DO have a light tan one though, so i'll start using that to shade mah piccies from now on. err, first i need to get the hang of where tha shading should GO though, lol!

Anyhow, this pic's beautiful ^^ His expressions have gone to show his moody looks upon him, and the background is also beautifully brought out, especially the reflections upon the water. The shading on the rock looks a bit... "folded" (is that the word? o_O*) but eh... as it stands it's a sweet piece to take in. Keep up the good work Demz
