Description
Of all the many things I loved about FFXIII-2 this particular cutscene I loved the most. I mean, Lightning was very, very sweet with Noel (actually, she was very sweet except the times she was fighting Caius), and I was able to capture this scene. Maybe her last smile before... well, you know.It´s not mine, it belongs to Square Enix, but I thought I should share it with you, my brother and sister (Lightning´s fans unite!!).

De todas las cosas que adoré de FFXIII-2, esta escena en particular me robó el corazón. Es decir, Lightning fue muy, muy dulce con Noel (bueno, ella fue dulce todo el tiempo excepto cuando estaba peleando con Caius), y finalmente pude capturar esta escena.
Tal vez su última sonrisa antes de... bueno, ustedes saben.
No me pertenece, sino a Square Enix, pero pensé que debería compartirla con ustedes, mis hermanos y hermanas (fans de Lightning unidos!!).

I´ll have to disagree to that.
Even though she´s supposed to be based on Cloud, her personality is quite different from his.
She does smile a lot in XIII, especially whenever she´s around Hope, and smiles everytime she´s with Serah in XIII-2... well, maybe not everytime, but she does smile. That speaks of tenderness and care, which she doesn´t mind to show, while Cloud, even though he might felt it, you could never tell, since he never showed it.

Yeah, you got a point there but what Cloud faced, it almost damaged him irreparably. He's got a lot less internal fortitude than Lightning. Cloud was pretty happy in Crisis Core though.

Well... I don´t know the game, but it´s hard to imagine someone´s psyche can be destroyed after some other´s dead

His psyche was shattered(proverbially), which caused him to to change from the kind true Cloud, to a bit of a dick in FFVII, the Jenova cells in his body replicated all of Zacks memories, so Cloud believed he was the first class SOLDIER, when in truth it was Zack, basically Cloud was so internally messed up in FFVII that for most of the game he thought he was someone else.

Yeah, she´s transformed into a crystal statue, not a stone, that´s the reason why she can wake up so many years into the future... and indeed in a destroyed world...

Rumors haven´t confirmed nor denied that, but they HAD said there will be news about Lightning´s saga... so all is just speculation. Who knows? it could be a complete CG movie!
