My new oc Russet! The real reason I learned human anatomy was so I could finally draw my humanoid ocs convincingly. XD I'm extremely proud of this piece, while I still have a lot to learn about human anatomy, I'm quite proud of how far I've come. While not a DnD oc he was heavily inspired by DnD and other RPG games. I was going for a DnD 'look' if that makes sense. I also feel that my art is kinda coming into it's own, not sure how to explain it. Don't quite want to say 'professional', but I think my foundational skills are finally at the point where my art is coming into it's own.
Anyway, my boy Russet here is Rhain's best friend. He's honestly the 'dad' of my group of characters. XD He got a bit of a redesign since I finished Rhain's ref. XD Really pleased with his final design here. It's more clear in his flats but he's named Russet because of the red on his face and horns. Hope you guys like him!
