Description
High resolution Paper Mario sprites for the versions of Shy Guys and Snifits. This depicts the two as seen in Sticker Star, Color Splash and Paper Jam. This was a request from LooneyTunerIan.
Interestingly, while Sticker Star loosely remade parts of Paper Mario 64, there was no equivalent to Shy Guy's Toy Box within. As a result, Shy Guys were spread across the game instead.
In the DMZ fangame topic timeline, Shy Guys retain their roles in Sticker Star Recut and Paper Jam Recut. Color Splash Recut also increases their prominence more than the original game, as they completely replace Goombas in that fangame topic. Relic Hunter does not feature Shy Guys, though, while Wonder Journey only features some subspecies from Paper Mario 64. There are no plans to include Shy Guys in the upcoming Mario Story Fruit Shake.
On top of rigging and disassembly for five colors each, there's also parts for three other colors that would have been time-prohibitive to pose & bake- those three extra colors more than doubled the time spent when posing the "idle" looks. Other parts are also included.
---
With this sheet, all the requests made or booked prior to my "Future Paper Mario plans" journal have been completed. Next up- completion of the Color Splash Recut on Fantendo.

What do you think I've been requesting for, Derek?
I'm requesting character rigs of the enemies from both Sticker Star and Color Splash to help you out with the Color Splash Recut on Fantendo Project.

Oh. Well, thank you.
I've been doing these since I realized from your requests that other people may have a use for the eighth gen sprites. So, it's a cycle with two beginnings.

That's wonderful!
If you'd like, I can request more of these 8th gen Bowser Baddies for your project.
In a way, it's like me helping you out with your Fantendo Project.

Good to hear.
Of course, they'd have to actually show up in CS Rc and be used in place of replacement models for these requests. The only eighth gen prime enemies in Recut who don't have HD custom remasters yet keep their looks are Broozer and Spike. Ptooies can also be made (to use as a base for a new version of a certain character).
