Description
Remember the tattooed design-a-ponys that came out not too long ago? [link]Well, I removed the tattoos, then went for a more show-accurate appearance. I think they cleaned up pretty nice, don't you?
If I ever feel ambitious enough, I may attempt to draw the cutie marks on the opposite sides.
Also, this month marks my 1 year as a brony. Yeah!

Paint used: Tamiya Color Acrylic model paint [link]
Time spent: 6 hours (for both)
PS, I'm not entirely pleased with the color i used on Dashie's wings, but it will have to do for now.. may fix later. **UPDATE!! FIXED!**--> [link]

Goof off works perfect for the tattoos, but keep in mind that the eyes and cutiemarks are applied with the same type of paint, so be careful..

What stores can you buy these at? I have been wanting to make a custom of my OC out of these models, since the manes are molded and Dash's is similar to my OC's, but I can't find them anywhere! I've tried Walmart, Target, and Toys R Us...

Thanks! I use Tamiya model paint. Gloss for the manes, Flat for the wings.
