With the first issue of The Wellkeeper set to premier this March at MEGACON here in Orlando, I'm happy to report that I just completed the THIRD issue. Here's another fun preview image showing our heroine, Zoe, at rest in her childhood bedroom.And if you doubted her taste in toys, note the presence of some of Chartruz Lovelace's's awesome CUDDLEMONSTERS on the bed.

Personally, I love pages like this where nothing particularly exciting is happening, but I can get lost drawing the details, textures and mood of the image.

The hair, the sheets, the wood grain, the boot laces, the EVERYTHING... YOU ARE A MADMAN! A frakin' rendering nutjob of the first order. I am off the hook now as being the only artist I knew who spent way too much time and effort on a panel. You are the master and I bow to you, sir. Great job, she looks gorgeous.
