I haven't updated the gallary here in a while as I've been keeping fairly busy with freelance work and commissions, but I wanted to make a post to show that "The Wellkeeper" is still on schedule. Issue #3 will go on sale in October as planned, and above, you can see an exclusive sneak peek at pages 8 and 9 from issue #5!It's a quiet, but important scene between Zoe and Office Winston. Also, I can't believe my eyes the EXTREME amount of detail that you always put into all of your backgrounds!! I have enough trouble doing the most basic of backgrounds, and here you are drawing every single leaf and every single blade of grass... Its astounding!

I really designed this series around the idea that I like drawing natural settings WAY more than cities or buildings. In this spread, I actually decided to pull back a little and fade out some of the bushes and trees. lol
