what are you trying to do, because weighting to the motherbone and making bones move with the motherbone are two totally different things.

wow I want that to happen when my models but I keep failing no matter how menay tutorials I read and I do everything they say but I fail ;u;

It's not very hard to do, you just need to be careful with what you do. What exactly won't work?

well I go it to work then the models physics went all over the place after the physics where already fine

That would be your physics, not your weighting. It may be weighting, but hardly. There are a lot of different problems that have to do with messy physics and It's hard to talk about them.
