I said i wasn't gonna do another entry, and sure enough, here i am with another. This time an attempt at the villain type character.yeah... in the end she still looks good and cute
anyways, used a bit more colour this time around. and once again, felt like pulling out some purple.

Nice! I quite like the glowy bits. . .gives it a rather sinister touch that I think is very effective and gives the cuteness a darker edge.

when i first did a background, you could barely see how much glow the stuff had. but after i darkened it up abit, it really sparked. i still think it would be cool if glowing shoes like that really existed. you could always see what you were about to step on

Well, they've got sneakers with lights in them now, so maybe we're getting there and we'll have the shoe equivalent of the neon underlighting some cars have any day now?
