DESCRIPTION:This is the first part, which is how I set up the picture to actually start vexeling.

I'm not the greatest at vexels, but here is a rather large tutorial on how I do it.
Large meaning size, I could have resized it down, but what fun would it be to not
see actual details?
Anyways, I use photoshop for the linework, and paintshop pro for the actual vexel, but I suppose you can "translate" this tutorial for pretty much any program.
