As the other posts have already stated, the tutorial itself could have provided clearer direction. However, I figured it out and I like the basic concept of the effect. In fact, I think it's got quite a bit of potential to play around with an make further adjustments. But even as is, I like it. Well done...

When you say use the same soft brush as before, what color do i use to color the iris? White or any color I want?

Ugh, yeah, I forgot to add that it should be a bright colour for the best results.
