Yes, I figured out a way to get (Vista styled) tooltips in ViStart. The tooltips pop-up on the bottom buttons and also on things on the right menu. I also found a way to make ViStart open up Control Panel when the user pic at the top is clicked. In the screenshot above, you can see the tooltip on the Lock button. I will release it soon... I need some permissions

No, I'm not working on it anymore. The large number of images slowed down ViStart and tooltips are not just that great...However, I've spent a lot of time with layout.xml, so if you need any help with it, just tell me.
