Things we think will last forever fall apart. It's so hard, when foundations crumble, but you get to build anew from the ground up. You might not have noticed how ugly the wall really was till it's gone

Really wanted to develop her story further, while keeping her with the 'words'. I like to think she enjoys reading. Her situation is more hopeful here, she is tackling the problem. Inspired by a real girl I saw (please read the description of 'brOKen') I send lots of love and thanks out to her. I know my 'brOKen' image has been shared a lot online and I can't help but wonder if she's seen it...

this really shocked me, and immediately reminded me of someone i used to think i'd be friends with forever, but we had a nasty falling out and it didn't turn out the way i'd always thought it would. i love this though, because she's taking control of the change of plans—"redecorating," as you put it! it's sad to look at, and it hurts a little, but it's also hopeful and powerful. it really put a smile on my face and the message means a lot to me, as i'm sure it does to many others! it's such a nice way of tackling such a hard, painful moment in relationships of any kinds while still promoting a sense of hope and strength. it's absolutely beautiful. ;v;

This makes me think of a van that drives around my neighbourhood. It's a "SCHOOL STUDENT" van, but certain letters have worn off, and it says "HOT STUD" instead. I love it.
Granted, the meaning behind this is more awesome though.
