Description
Finally free, she looks up to the sky with fear and wonder as the rain splashes her face for the first time...Sequel to: Her wish was granted: to be human. To be more than a doll and plastic parts. Suddenly she was flesh and blood, laughter and guilt.
It didn't take long for the wrong people to notice her. Something so pristine, untouched, unspoiled, there was something so unhuman in her new found humanity.
They took her in and started the tests. She appeared to be perfect, her cells showed no signs of age, they thought she could be the cure, the cure for humanity.
She didn't speak of her past life, though it was written on her arm; in a tattoo which used to be a Makers Mark printed inside her hollow arm. They never could explain it.
They used her for years, her 'childhood' spent in a cell.
Her freedom won from the strangest of places, when they had exhausted all the tests, when they realise she was just human after all.
They dump her outside. Discarded for being only human.
Abandoned but free. Her humanity is a blessing and a curse... what will she do now?
After note: Her wound is self inflicted, hoping to rid herself of the mark that she's different, she takes the physical pain to try and remove the emotional pain...

i think the only words i can muster are...... HOLY SHIT!!!!
Wow just wow!! Check out the expression! the human look! wow! The only negative bits are both with the hair with the rain hitting the hair it sort of looks a lil transparent at the top and the fringe on the right seems i duno a lil high for wet hair? I have a natural wave and bounce to my fringe and when it's wet from the rain or shower when it's sodden or when i've towel dried it don't lift it sits against my skin and is just waved in shape. But that's all i have to say on that bit
But anyway back to the wowness! fantastic just amazing! So much right with it if i had to list it all you'd be here for an eternity the face the expression the anatonmy the blood the barcode it's all simply perfect like the lady! The story sounds like a good one comic maybe? that would be awesome!!! Series of pictures? to make as a story? I feel this one is a good one for a story i might write something if it's any good i shall give the story to you! I can see the evolution of your art so much and i think there is still so much you can apply it too and see diff types of things Keep going "Reach for the sky cause tomorrow may never come..."

Interesting...... I was just thinking about how I like to feel emotion in general. It may feel like a curse sometimes, but it's a blessing as well.......
It reminds me a bit of an old Chinese story where the seemingly good things turn out to be bad and vice-versa. Like, the protagonist breaking his leg turns out to be a blessing because he ends up getting to stay with his father and take care of him.
But overall, nice picture, I love the back story, and I look forward to your future art. ^^
