You know, out of all the places I've been in the Army, I haven't seen an Abrams up close.Β I'm always hanging out with Rangers, SF and Infantry all the time.

Did DARK naEEEEts do that? My platoon was attached to Bravo (thank god), so I was blissfully unaware of all the antics in D Co proper.
God that's a sad ending. You know, I heard from the mechanics that they knew the reason all the engines kept dying out there. The engines have fine-tuning to operate in a certain climate, depending on their deployment. When following proper procedure, General Dynamics sends a guy to calibrate the engine to run in a certain humidity and air density. Well, that technician never came around to change the engines from Fort Stewart Swampocalypse to Fort Irwin High-and-Dry. Go figure.
Also, my Syuper Sleuth skills avail me.
First I asked Ochioki (he was from my cycle) if he knew of any artists in his company. He was like "Psh, I dunno."
But then I went to copy dispatch papers, looked down at your CQ desk, and voilΓ . MY LUCK. Hey, do you know who made this drawing? "Oh, that's GONZALES."
Muhahaha. >
