A good-for-nothing guy sleeping, sunken deep into his couch with his feet up on the coffee table. Is surprised when he wakes to see a woman wearing a white plastic suit and gas mask carrying some leaf blower-looking thing in his living room.

“Uhum!, Good afternoon sir,” the woman said, “I’m Diana a professional … let's say “cleaner”. Due to the consistent mispayments of your rent, your landlord decided to get a new tenant. But before he can move into your apartment must be fumigated to get rid of the residual, or more like residential vermin. Hence why she contacted the BCPU and hired me.”
“The fuck you talking about?” the man replied still waking up,” She’ll get her damn money when I feel like it. Now get you Marshmellow-looking ass out of my home.”
“Oh no, you don’t understand,” she giggled, “you don’t really have a choice in the matter. At least you won’t have to worry about finding a new place.”
“Just sit tight right there and I’ll take care of the rest”, she said, turning on the machine, causing thick white fumes to come spewing out of the nozzle,” “don’t think about running, I’ve already locked the doors and windows while you were sleeping. Just take a few deep breaths so I can get to the smaller vermin living in your cupboards.”

I tried my hand at more cell shading and I think I’m starting to like the look of it.
As for the suit, I am not so sure if it can be classified as a HAZMAT suit (which I wanted to give a try) so I’ve avoided calling it that for now.
Unfortunately, the couch is a bit wonky. So, I'll dedicate some time to practicing furniture, architecture, and other background items.
