Description
These are replica wheel lock and matchlock gonnes made to fire bands of surgical tubing. They are designed to replicate firearms for SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) rapier melee scenarios. The tubes shot from these will leave quite an impression on the target and should only be used by armored combatants...Loads of fun!

If you still have the plans for that lock mechanism laying about, I would love a copy as well. Thanks!

Wow! These are the best replica matchlock and wheel lock gonnes I have found! Are they made for sale or are there plans available anywhere?

Thanks, I'm glad that you like them.
The gonnes in the picture have all been gifted or sold, but more are on the way.
I also do custom work if you want something particular.

Matchlock pistol in HtH combat? Now wheellocks are bit more reliable don't you think? And you can always use 'em as a club....

The matchlock was made for a Japanese fellow.
I think that he chose not to use it for in fighting... Fire, tuck it in his belt/sash and then engage.

I love these things! I've been trying to figure out how I might go about making some of my own, but I can't figure out how the lock mechanism works. Care to enlighten me?
