I got around to make a sequel to [link] on popular demand.
it was fun though, to just my imagination loose on what the next How to train your dragon movie might look like. I imagined it would be winter, since it obviously snows a lot in Berk (in north generally)
I might have gone a bit overboard on the colors, but I like it that way, I kinda imagined that it would be a colorful 2D movie.
if you want, here is a fun thing you can do, write a comment on what you think the storyline is

So you wanted a storyline? Fine I'll try.(I'm not a native speaker, so my sentences may sometimes sound weird (: )
Everyone in Berk is celebrating the Dragon-Festival in remebrance of the day Hiccup made peace between the people of Berk and the Dragons. Stoick is giving a speach about his great son and everybody is happy and mostly drunk.
But what would be the Dragon-Festival without your best friend who happens to be a dragon. So Hiccup sneaks out after the speach and flys through the sky with toothless when toothless suddenly reallises movement in the forests below.
When they landΒ and sneak toward the persons they see it are Snotlout and Fishlegs.Β
Snotloud:"Goddamn Fishlegs. Why the hell did you have to lose it. Are you sure we need it? Why are we doing this?"
Fishlegs:"B-because Stoick asked us to prepare this surprise for Hiccup. A-and we need this part for sure, look at the manual. Don't you think we should fly back and ask for help?"
Snotloud:" Are you kidding. We can't tell anyone." ROARR "What was this?"
Fishlegs"I don't know. Can we go now please?"
Snotloudd:"y-yeah. Let's go." And the fly away. But suddenly another dragon appears.
Toothless: Β
Hiccup:" You're right. We must stop him."
Meanwhile in Berk noone is in worry. Everybody still has fun. No wait, theres one person who don't celebrates.
Hiccup:"He's strong toothles. What shall we do? No wait where are you going? You can't fly without me. What are you doing. WAIT!" And he runs after him but a hand grabs him from behind.
Astrid:"Let him. You can't help."
Hiccup:"But he's my friend."
Astrid:"So you have to respect his decision. "
So after a breathtaking fight Toothless wins but he's hurt critical. Hiccup runs to him and begins to cry while Astrid is going to get help.
Hiccup:"So lets go Toothles. The others are waiting for us. It's time for my speech. I know, but I have to do it. I'm Stoicks son."

This looks better than the actual sequel turned out.
People only like it because the mom is in it.Β
Yes, that's great and all, but in the end, the story is just-
So disappointing.
Anyways, this looks better.Β
My guess here is that young hiccup gets lost in a blizzard, a bunch of stuff happens, an awesome (but gruesome) Β fight happens, Toothless wins but is badly wounded, and then we end where older Hiccup stops daydreaming about the past, and leads an army to burn Rome to the ground.

Have your heard the rumor of the third movie emerging?

Not a rumor ^^ It was confirmed right after they made the first one. They wanted to make a trilogy :3 And after each one will be a TV series. Its said the one after HTTYD2 will be called Dragon Masters. And will once again be made by Nickelodeon :3

Well I hope they do a better job on the new one than on the old Television series, the lines, the animation, and the character voices were all, to tell you the truth, very demeaning to the HTTYD popularity I think they're over-saturating the market with HTTYD stuff. I think the movies would have brought in enough fans. I also think that one of the reasons the second movie didn't do nearly as well as it should of was a result of the poorly made tv show. I'm not saying it was the only cause, but it certainly was one of them.Β
With this news you bring I hope with the utmost fervor that they take more care to do well in this new series. And if anyone associated with the tv show is reading this now, i'm not saying the who tv show was bad. I'm only saying that it could have been greatly improved. If people weren't a HTTYD freak like me they wouldn't enjoy it, and even I enjoied it only to learn more about the HTTYD movie world. Let this be a harbinger to all you HTTYD tv show people, DO BETTER ON THE NEW SHOW, OR IT WILL SHOW ON YOUR NEXT PAY ROLL.Β

As Riders/Defenders of berk went on, the animation got better. Its not nickalodeons fault for its limited animations >.< It was Dreamworks for lowering the budget of the quality D8 Like how Fishlegs and Hiccup's jackets looked like leather instead of fur >.< Budget cut....

Oh, boy, would I never ever want to meet a Whispering Death dragon anywhere. That's a great illustration of the type of dragon. It looks wildly hard to draw, especially with all those teeth.
I noticed Hiccup's goatee!
The mood and colors of the second and last drawing are my favorites. They're both calm, peaceful scenes, and the last one where the green of the forest is almost the same green as Toothless's eyes is nice. I always really liked Toothless's big green eyes. He really reminds me of my family's cat, Harry.

I actually have a good story line for panels 6-10.
Panel 6, Hiccup and Astrid are out during Winter adventuring when a hostile dragon shows up. Stormfly has already taken Astrid away, but Hiccup is cornered by the dragon. Toothless comes and gets the dragon away and gets in front of Hiccup to protect him.
Panel 7: It shows the hostile dragon battling Toothless, imagine the fight however you want.
Panel 8: Hiccup is nervous because Toothless is more trained towards defending Hiccup instead of himself. He's ready to go up and help him when Astrid managed to get around to him and stop him from getting in the way of a large fight between the two.
Panel 9: Toothless lost and was badly injured and the other dragon left him to die. Hiccup comes out of hiding and tries to stop the blood flow along with Astrid, but Toothless passes out half-way through and the three think that he died. Hiccup quickly began to hold him and cry into his neck, only for Toothless to wake back up and start licking him.
Panel 10: A few years later, with Hiccup older and with a goatee, riding on a fully healed Toothless. The hostile dragon that attacked him years ago was now friendly and lived in the village with a family and helps them get food (but the two dragons act hostile towards one another).
